Every mission closes with a structured debrief. Capture what worked, what failed and the single change that would improve the next iteration. Findings feed doctrine, not blame.
All directives flow from ND-01 Command and are relayed through a single chain of intent. Operators execute the task in front of them and escalate decisions they are not cleared to make. No element acts independently of the current brief.
Traffic is concise, factual and single-channel. Report what is observed, not what is assumed. Confirmations are given once and not repeated. Silence on the channel is normal; ambiguous traffic is not.
Every item carries an owner and a location on the inventory. Report serials and quantities during each accountability sweep. Unaccounted equipment is treated as a readiness failure, not an oversight.
Treat at the point of injury and stabilise before movement. Confirm the receiving handover out loud using the standard sequence. Medical kits are checked and restocked before every deployment.
Before any movement, confirm kit, communications and contingency items against the mission checklist. Deficiencies are reported to the lead before departure, never during execution.
